Study Abroad for Free or at a Low Cost

Many of us want to study in a foreign country. We crave for the experience of living in an unknown place is one, where we will be exposed to new cultures and traditions. But tuition fee and other living expenses might be massive. A lot of us, in such cases, want to go for scholarships. However, there are countries which provide free education or meagre fees. Here is a list:

Germany

Germany has been at the top in providing higher education at minimal or no cost at all. The public universities do not charge any tuition fee, however nominal university administration fee of €150–250. Munich and Berlin are two top destinations for education and are very affordable.

Norway

Universities in Norway & state universities do not charge any Fee from International students. But there must be sufficient funds to cover Accommodation & Food cost since Norway can be a bit expensive. It is upon the individual how he/she manages his expenses.

France

Mostly, higher education in France is free, except at some public universities. However, it is still just a fraction of those charged in most countries, amounting to only €170 (~US$190) per year.

Belgium

In Belgium, Low-cost Tuition Fee universities are there for International students. Tuition fees might range from 400–2000USD per year, but, international law allows students to work 20 hours a week to meet their needs. So students quickly cover these expenses.

Greece

Greece offers one of the lowest costs of living in the European Union. International students from outside EU can pursue their higher education at a minimal cost, approximately €1,500 (~US$1,660) per year.

Austria

For non-EU Students, Austria charges 700 to 500EURO Fees per semester. So hence, Austria is also included in Low-cost tuition Fee Free universities in World. Students from developing countries do not need to pay any University fee, but only University Administration Charges.

Czech Republic

Higher education Czech Republic is free for all nationalities. But, knowing the local language is must to avail it.
